Security Alarms

A security alarm is a worthwhile investment in the protection of your home and family, or that of your business. Studies reveal that it is far less likely that you will become the victim of a burglary at home if you have a correctly fitted and well maintained alarm.

We are a registered security alarm installer. We can also upgrade, service and repair all other makes of alarm, so if you don't use your alarm because your pets trigger it, if your alarm sounds during a power cut, or you simply want your old weathered bell box updating, give us a call. We can fit both wired and wireless alarm systems.

Options available

Alarm systems can be individually designed to suit you, your property and your budget. They can be installed in conjunction with security lighting and/or CCTV systems - the choice is yours.


A correctly designed alarm system may comprise many different types of sensor, depending on the building layout and its occupants. There are 'pet immune' PIR detectors that can identify humans but ignore pets up to 40kg (e.g. a Labrador), and shock sensors that attach to a window or patio door frame to detect windows being put through.



With the addition of an autodialler, your alarm system can be designed to telephone and even text you when the alarm is triggered, allowing you to react immediately. The GSM types operate using a mobile phone network, so they cannot be compromised by cutting your phone line.





Alarm keypads are available with LCD screens that prompt you in plain English and allow you to view system logs (alarm set/unset times and triggered zones etc).






You can also set and unset some alarms with proximity tags so that there is no code to remember.





Our range of external sounders ("bell boxes") are stylish and modern. They have integral alternating LEDs that operate at all times to warn potential intruders that it is an active system, and a piercing 115db sounder and strobe to alert you and your neighbours.
